   1.2. Any reservation is considered confirmed upon receipt of payment or deposit (if applicable).
   1.3. Accepted payment methods are: credit/debit card, bank transfer, and cash on site.

3. 2. Cancellation and Refunds

4. 2.1. Cancellations must be notified at least [number] days prior to the scheduled arrival date for a full refund.

   4.2. We offer homemade dishes made with local products; vegetarian options are available upon request.
   4.3. Bringing and consuming personal meals inside the refuge is prohibited, except in cases of special dietary needs validated in advance.

10. 5.1. Each visitor is responsible for their own safety and must be properly equipped for mountain conditions.
    5.2. The refuge declines all responsibility for injuries, loss, or theft of personal belongings.
    5.3. In case of dangerous conditions, refuge staff may refuse access or advise rescheduling.
